The Willingale Family Society was formed on 2 July 2002 with the purpose to identify all Willingales that have lived, and to promote and maintain an interest in the history of Willingale families, and to help preserve our history for future generations. This will be achieved through research, discussion and mutual co-operation by such means as the internet, a half-yearly journal, and occasional social functions. The Society is open to anyone with an interest in the Willingale family and is affiliated to the Guild Of One Name Studies; it is governed by committee. To run the Society efficiently for the benefit of its members it is necessary to cover costs by charging a small annual subscription, as detailed below. Fees: Annual Subscriptions £ 12.50 Annual subscriptions are due on 31st July
each year, the subscription period running from 1st August to 31st July each year.

Certificates and Wills The Willingale Family Society are able to obtain copies of birth, marriage and death certificates for members. We also have access to other genealogical resources, notably at Essex Record Office.
